I have been a PhD student within the PhD4Energy project since May 2014.
The objectives of my research are:
- Scanning-probe and synchrotron-based spectroscopy and microscopy to characterize NW surface chemistry/structure and its influence on the NW electronic structure. Tailor nanostructure surfaces to improve performance of PV and LED devices.
- Measurements will be performed both locally ULUND, at the MAX-IV laboratory and at other synchrotrons.
- Report on pros and cons of new methods for NW doping evaluation.
- Demonstration measurements across several experimental platforms.
