We are looking for a new centre coordinator for our strategic research area. You will coordinate, execute, and support the long-term planning and the day-to-day activities. We need your application before April 4 – and please feel free to spread the word!

The position as a centre coordinator for NanoLund and a research coordinator for the LTH profile area Nanoscience and semiconductor technology and LU profile area Light and Materials is open!

Our esteemed colleague Mirja Carlsson Möller has decided to move on to new challenges and we are looking for her successor. As a coordinator at NanoLund, you will support the director and management team in planning and monitoring activities. You work with investigation work and coordination within NanoLund – documentation, reporting, and quality assurance. You are an important contact person both within and outside the environment. You are part of the NanoLund support team and will work closely with the communications officer, grants office, and administrator.

The tasks include:

  • Coordination of processes and activities within NanoLund.
  • Overall control, support, and documentation of the organisation, policy documents, members etc.
  • Being the contact person for participants in NanoLund and handling external inquiries.
  • Assisting in preparation and follow-up work in connection with board meetings and management group meetings, calls for research funding, etc.
  • Project management for NanoLund's annual report, including collection of data and key figures.
  • Being responsible for the development of strategic tools, including reporting templates and follow-up tools.
  • Contribution to communication and information about NanoLund, such as web, social media, and print.
  • In collaboration with the management team, plan and implement the annual meeting, internship, and network meetings within NanoLund.
