Workshop on epitaxial growth of semiconductors

We are organizing a 2 day workshop on the topic of epitaxial growth of semiconductors on the 19th and 20th of June as part if the EIC Pathfinder project SOLARUP.

The workshop will cover areas such as the fundamentals of epitaxy, modern epitaxy tools, modelling of epitaxy and different epitaxy techniques applied to nanoscale semiconductors. There will also be a brief tour of the epitaxy facilities here in the Lund Nano Lab.
