Research:
I am working on the surface investigation of III-V semiconductor nanowires using scanning probe microscopy (STM and AFM) and the MAX IV synchrotron X-ray facility. The aim of my project is to study technologically relevant semiconductor nanostructures and to obtain as complete understanding of their surfaces as possible. This includes structural, electronic, and chemical information at the atomic scale, obtained even during device operation or surface modification. Nanowires are developed at NanoLund and are intended for application in photovoltaics.
