5 million SEK funding for Cellevate

Lund University spin out Cellevate secured 5 million SEK in their third fund round. The new finance will be used for scaling up marketing and sales of their nanofibre based cell culture systems which mimics connective tissue and are used for medical research.

Cellevate started as a student project during the course Project Nanoengineer in the Engineering Nanoscience program which was started by NanoLund researchers and has been running since 2003.
