Welcome to our new student representatives!

Occasionaly interrupted by heavy raining, the student barbecue took place in June. As the spring term has come to an end, new student representatives have been elected.

Earlier this spring, the Lund University Students’ Unions elected new representatives for all decision-making bodies within the university. We are happy to welcome Patrik Nilsson and Simon Wozny as new student representatives at NanoLund.

The new student representatives at NanoLund are Patrik Nilsson and Simon Wozny – and Marcus Lindén, who has been a NanoLund student representative for a year, will stay on for another year.

The student representatives are a valuable asset for NanoLund’s activities in general and for our students in particular. They bring the student voice to the NanoLund Board and to the annual SAB meeting. The student representatives have an important role in developing the environment for new and existing students. They are the main organizers of the annual students’ retreat and also organize events and activities for students as needed and requested. Through their involvement, the student representatives are a strong contributing factor to our development as a research environment making NanoLund a great place to do nanoscience.

The NanoLund management would like to take this opportunity to thank Linnéa Jönsson and Jonatan Fast for your time and engagement over the past two years!
