The 2D Graduate Network visits Lund
NanoLund hosts the 2D Graduate Network as part of their annual meeting 8-9 May in Lund. PhD-students and postdocs are particularly welcome to this seminar to meet peers, learn more about the network and how to become a member.
The 2D Graduate Network gathers master students, PhD students and PostDocs working on 2D materials in Sweden. In the seminar they will give short presentations from Chalmers, RISE, Linneaus University, Linköping University, Luleå University of Technology, Clemson University (US), and Gothenburg University, from many different disciplines: everything from quantum device physics to composites.
Welcome to a great opportunity to get to know what's going on in the 2D-world - and how to join the network. Welcome!
Agenda
10.00 – 10.30 Coffee in K-Space
10.30 – 11:15 2D graduate network presentations: "Research parade" - short presentations from all participants from the 2D-graduate network.
11.15 – 12.00 NanoLund project presentations
The 2D Graduate Network allows young scientists working actively in any area of 2D materials to quickly establish and keep contact with peers having similar or complementary interests. The network is also an avenue to connect with Swedish industry and organizes recurring seminars, meetings, and an annual workshop. Topical courses hosted by academic partners, organized in collaboration with industry connected to current SIO Grafen projects, will be open to network members free of charge.
