How should I navigate my career path? What are my skills and drivers? What choices should I make?
These were some of the questions discussed when about 25 PhD students had a taster of the NanoLund Mentoring program, that kicks off next month. They got the opportunity to learn more about values and transferable skills, and how to articulate them to make an attractive CV or stand out in an interview situation.
By understanding one’s interests, drives, and preferred work style, it is easier to define an attractive and motivating job field. This workshop was the first event in the NanoLund Mentoring program, open to all NanoLund PhD students, also for those who cannot yet join the Mentoring program.
